John Moffett, a founding partner of Miller Jones, Inc., is a graduate of Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is passionate about his company and has been a leading recruiter since 1993, with a dedication to exceptional customer service. John and his team specialize in specific industries including healthcare, oil and gas and high-tech. “My goal is to develop long-term, friendly relationships with my clients while bringing them top talent to meet their needs. Mike Nunally, President

Mike Nunally is one of the founding partners of Miller Jones, Inc. Mike is graduate of L.S.U. (Baton Rouge, Louisiana). After playing baseball at L.S.U., he spent the first part of his career, as a TV Sportscaster. Eventually, Mike went into recruiting, his focus on growing the company. Besides growing the Miller Jones recruiting division nationally, Mike also handles other areas of Business Development and company acquisitions. He began his career with Miller Jones in 1995 and has watched the company grow through internal growth and the addition of recruiters. “….We are focused on Customer Satisfaction as our primary goal. Many of our original clients from 1995 are still using us today. That is the best compliment that we can get!”

Marian Saldinger, Director

Marian Saldinger has been recruiting Information Technology Professionals for over 18 years. Her career started in Rochester, New York and continued here when she moved to Texas 14 years ago. In addition to placing AS/400 professionals, Marian has done in depth searches and placement of industry specific individuals with specific software experience (JD Edwards, Lawson, MOVEX, HFA, JBA, Infinium, BPCS, MACPAC, etc). She recruits candidates for permanent and contract/project engagements at all levels. Marian’s involvement in the industry includes participating in the Dallas Ft Worth Metro Midrange (AS/400) iSeries User Group, where she holds the position of Director of Membership, attending COMMON Conferences and specific software meetings. “I take pride in my work ethic and provide my clients with a seamless interviewing and hiring process.
